Frequently Asked Questions

Your situation is unique. We get that. Every customer’s setup is a little different, and there’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to trash. If something’s unclear or doesn’t quite fit the box, call us. We actually pick up the phone—and we’re happy to help.

What can I put out for pickup?

Bagged household trash. No loose debris, construction materials,  dead animals, or hazardous materials. If it’s bagged, under 20lbs, and legal to toss—we’ll take it.

What do I do with broken glass?

We very much appreciate it being placed in a clearly labeled box or container with a lid and taped shut. It keeps our crew safe and ensures your pickup goes smoothly and efficiently. Please don’t mix broken glass in loose with regular trash.

How do I pay my bill?

Online is easiest—have your bill ready and log in from our site. You can also call in and talk to our customer representatives or mail a check.

What happens if I forget to put my trash out?

We get it—life happens. If we’ve already passed your stop, it’s considered a miss. Just call our office and we’ll do our best to get you rescheduled. Your first miss is usually a free courtesy return.

The sooner you call, the more likely we can get back to you quickly. We’ll try to work it in the same day, but depending on the route, your pickup may be delayed.

Our routes start rolling at 6 A.M. sharp. While we aim for consistency, things like weather, equipment, and customer volume can shift timing—so your stop might come a little earlier or later than usual.

We highly recommend having your can out by 6 A.M. to avoid being missed. A quick reminder on your phone can save you a lot of hassle—and help us keep things running smooth for everyone.

What if I have a bulky item or a lot of extra trash?

Call ahead for bulk pickups. For a small additional fee, we take appliances, furniture, mattresses, ect.

When scheduled, bulk pick-ups will typically occur on your regular service day.

What won’t you take?

  • Honestly, not much. Nearly everything if proper preparations are made.

  • Wet paint (Mix with dirt or sawdust, allow to dry and place with regular trash.)

  • Pesticides, poisons, caustics or flammables

  • Dead animals

  • Medical waste

Call if you’re not sure—we’d rather assist you now than sort it at the dump.

Do you take tires?

Yes, call to schedule pick-up. Priced separately.

Do you service my address?

We service most of Crawford and Washington Counties, especially the parts other companies avoid. Call with your address.
